- Design, development, and deployment of 802.11 MAC features (standard and proprietary) on Infineon's WiFi chipsets.
- Work through solutions involving end-to-end silicon life cycles - architecture definition to solution delivery.
- Work with various cross functional teams including but not limited to host software, systems and RTL design teams.
- Analyse, debug and resolve all MAC issues that may be seen across different internal validation platforms and external customer platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of WiFi-6/6E and legacy protocols required.
- Experience designing WiFi features on embedded systems required.
- Strong experience in embedded firmware and C programming skills required.
- Experience working and debugging system-level issues in any wireless communication chipset is required.
- Familiarity with IEEE 802.11 standards is desirable.
- Working knowledge of WiFi-7 protocol is desirable.
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP protocol stack, and interfaces such as PCIe, SDIO, and USB is desirable.
- Working knowledge of ARM architecture is desirable.
