Responsibilities :Key Responsibilities (Common Across Roles)
1. Lead client workshops to gather requirements and propose solutions with clear business benefits.
2. Translate business and functional requirements into technical deliverables.
3. Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including design, build, testing, training, and rollout.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery.
5. Provide thought leadership and contribute to practice development.
6. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage risks, timelines, and budgets.Role-Specific Responsibilities & Requirements
A. Supply Chain Planning Consultant (Kinaxis / O9) - Responsibilities:
1. Lead supply chain planning workstreams in IBP/S&OP, Demand, Inventory, Production Scheduling, and Control Tower.
2. Implement solutions using Kinaxis, O9, Blue Yonder, or SAP IBP.
3. Drive SCM transformation projects leveraging AI/ML and predictive analytics.B. Manufacturing Oracle Consultant - Responsibilities:
1. Implement Oracle Cloud Supply Chain or Oracle R12 modules (Inventory, Purchase, WIP, Order Management, Finance).
2. Conduct workshops and propose solutions for manufacturing and automotive domains.C. SAP Hybris Consultant (E-commerce) - Responsibilities:
1. Provide consultation on Omni-Channel, Inventory Management, B2C/B2B processes, Payments, and Promotions.
2. Facilitate SaaS e-commerce platform implementation and manage project delivery.
3. Lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful product launches.Additional Responsibilities :Common Skills Across Roles:

4. Willingness to travel and work across global teams.Technical and Professional Requirements :Role-Specific Requirements
A. Supply Chain Planning Consultant (Kinaxis / O9) - Eligibility:
1. Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or Business (MBA preferred).
2. 5-15 years in supply chain planning consulting.
3. Minimum 3 full lifecycle implementations in Kinaxis/O9 or similar tools.
4. Strong analytical and presentation skills; willingness to travel.B. Manufacturing Oracle Consultant - Eligibility:
1. At least 1 implementation experience in Oracle Cloud or R12.
2. Familiarity with automotive spare parts and warranty processes.
3. Strong communication skills (non-negotiable).C. SAP Hybris Consultant (E-commerce) - Eligibility:
1. Knowledge of e-commerce processes and SAP Commerce (Hybris) or similar platforms.
2. Experience in ERP or large-scale web application implementations.
3. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence.
