Job Description - Parts Specialist
  • Proactively prepare PPP package (DG Code, Weight, Country of origin, pricing under EPL for PSD parts and products.
  • Actively support CC parts order for problem inquiry/order via ACIGN system for all Nashik based parts
  • Contribute to Capital Machine/PSD project development and Parts Preparation Pricing process, system.
  • Cross hubs team cooperation for good global performance in supporting customer centre.
  • CES support for Parts Preparation Pricing activity
  • Working in an international environment.
Responsibility:
  • As PSD Parts Preparation Pricing team members define Spare Parts of a machine considering service plan. Make sure correct parts are set as spare parts with high quality master data.
  • Co-operate with Sourcing, Engineering, Technical Service and Marketing for Parts preparation pricing.
  • Be proactive and strongly contribute to having a complete list of spare parts prepared and priced.
  • Establish recommended spare parts proposal for all our capital equipment when needed based on information from Marketing and Technical Service.
  • Maintain complete level of master data and actively increase master data quality. Price Revision quality check 2 times/year (price, country of origin, weight, DG, etc.).
  • Secure ACIGN issues are claimed and finished in timely manner according to our target: part number creation, master data and pricing are delivered in the fastest way to the CC.
  • Cross hubs (offices) support to the global Parts Preparation Pricing team performance in ACIGN.
  • PSD CN approval (service kits, overhaul kits, OEM part kits, supplier replacement, local supplier requests for replacement for aftermarket parts)
  • Spare parts maintenance in Team Center along with D code as per parts creation manual.
  • CES support for BOM creation in M3.
Experience requirements:
  • 2-3-year experience in Engineering and Master data management in M3 and Teamcenter.
  • Good understanding of Mechanical and Hydraulic systems.
  • Good understanding service operations and technical documentation
Knowledge requirements:
  • MS-Office,
  • ERP system M3, Creo, PLM system Team Centre.
  • Data analytics power BI
Educational requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engg with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Personality requirements:
  • Energetic, positive, open minded, team player, willing to learn
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills with a structured and accurate way of working are preferred.
  • Self-starter and ability to take responsibility of the mission is a prerequisite.
