Description : Efficiently converting new B2B customers and upselling to existing clients primarily through remote channels, utilizing effective communication tools. Providing prompt and professional support to address customer inquiries and concerns, delivering timely solutions. Roles and Responsibilities : Conducting prospecting and research on potential clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their business. Identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the current customer base. Analysing customer data to tailor sales messaging for up-selling and cross-selling based on their business context. Cross-sell / Upsell and retention of existing B2B customer base. Register all activity in CRM as per process guideline Addresses product or service issues by understanding customer complaints, identifying causes, proposing optimal solutions, and ensuring swift resolution through follow-up. Skills and Requisites : Adopting a customer-centric approach with an emphasis on building relationships. Exceptional communication skills coupled with proficiency in digital channels and standard computer tools. Capable of independently managing a large lead volume while strategically identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. Experience : 1 - 2 years of Sales Experience (Telecom or Technology Domain) Customer care experience of 2 years+ (Telecom or Technology Domain) Qualification : University Degree in any Technical fields.
