- Partner with business stakeholders to capture, document, and prioritize requirements.
- Perform analysis of client onboarding, risk and credit scoring, lending workflows, and compliance processes.
- Define and document user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and data mappings.
- Support the product owner with backlog refinement, sprint planning, and prioritization.
- Facilitate workshops and walkthroughs with SMEs.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical deliverables.
- Assist with UAT planning, test case design, and defect triaging.
- Maintain effective communication with project managers, developers, testers, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
- 5+ years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
- Proven expertise in: o C&IB Client Onboarding o Risk and Credit Scoring o Lending o AML and KYC
- Strong understanding of integration concepts and APIs.
- Knowledge of data systems and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- High-quality documentation skills (resumes will be reviewed for documentation quality).
- Experience working in Agile delivery models (Scrum, SAFe).
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office Suite.
- Experience in regulatory change or transformation programs. • Exposure to GRC tools (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow GRC). • Background in data analysis or data mapping. • Familiarity with integration between front-office and back-office systems. • Awareness of global banking regulations and compliance frameworks.
