As a field application Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting the Focus Industry marketing team by providing engineering support for Design-In & Design and contributing to business growth (Direct Current Equipment (DCE) domain 80 %, other domain 20 %)
Provide in-depth technical and engineering support to the India sales and marketing team (Focus Industry 80%, Global Application 20%).
Obtain a comprehensive understanding of the Omron business-line products and values (including features, benefits, and applications).
Conduct application-oriented training for distributors and sales & marketing teams in India.
Actively contribute to enhancing market penetration for the Focus Industry products.
Provide technical support to customers in resolving their issues while using our Omron business-line products, by collaborating closely with Japan-based technical engineers.
Drive value chain advancement by providing technical design support related to Focus Industry products.
Handle quality issues, specifically regarding the introduction of the new Omron business-line product.
Create and implement required tools (e.g., Panel Boards) and resources to support product promotion and marketing initiatives.
Develop module concept (as required) to penetrate the Indian market, contributing to successfully executing key projects within the Focus Industry.
Support any ad hoc assignment as required by the Department Head.

Job Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, IndiaEducation Qualification : B.E. OR Equivalent Diploma in Power Electronics OR Electronics EngineeringWork Experience:

Minimum 06 Years of experience in Power Electronics applications domain/ environment
Detailed understanding of relays and switches.
Detailed understanding of applications like Electrical Vehicle (EV), EV Charger, Photovoltaic Inverters (PV), Energy Storage System (ESS),

Behavioral Skill's

Good Communication & Presentation skills with an eye for details.
Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Applications
Independent and result-orientated with a high personal drive to succeed
Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Travel
