Job Description: Proxi Farma invites applications for the position of Culinary Lab Assistant. This role is central to our 'food as medicine' philosophy, involving meticulous processing of fruits and vegetables and upholding a pristine laboratory environment. Key Responsibilities: Processing: Execute tasks such as washing, peeling, slicing, and dicing of fruits and vegetables following our specific protocols. Cleaning and Sanitization: Ensure the lab remains clean and hygienic by sanitizing equipment, work surfaces, and utensils to mitigate contamination risks. Documentation: Manage simple labeling, procedural documentation, and manual data entry, including photographic records. Inventory Management: Support in managing laboratory inventory and orderly arrangement, including careful handling of machinery. Safety Compliance: Follow strict safety guidelines for handling food products and laboratory chemicals. Lab Scale Freeze Dryer Operation: Operate and maintain lab scale freeze dryer equipment, crucial for our preservation processes. Minimum Requirements: Completion of BSc in any discipline. Ability to adhere to precise instructions and established protocols. Basic proficiency in data entry and documentation. Preferred Candidates (Freshers are welcome to apply) B.Sc. (Catering Science and Hospitality Management) B.Sc. (Catering and Hotel Administration) BBA in Hotel and Catering Management Bachelor of Catering Technology and Culinary Arts Candidates with a foundation in these fields will be given preference, reflecting a deep understanding of the culinary and nutritional aspects integral to our operations. Work Hours: 8 AM to 6 PM.
