SummaryThe Product Test Professional (Data Analytics Focus) involves developing test strategies and plans that cover functional, performance, and data integrity aspects. The professional will validate data transformations, and outputs to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems. They will also build and maintain test scripts for ETL processes, dashboards, and analytics reports using tools such as Python and SQL. A key part of the role includes analyzing test results to identify bugs, and usability issues, and preparing detailed reports to communicate findings to design and development teams. This role is strictly involved in the testing of the product and does not involve access to Protected Health Information (PHI) & Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or any secured/confidential client data. The work is limited to application testing and does not include handling or processing of sensitive health informationYour role in our missionYour primary responsibilities include:

Develop and execute SQL scripts for testing, with 6-8 years of hands-on experience.
Perform ETL testing and apply knowledge of data warehouse concepts (3-4 years preferred).
Understand and apply data analytics methodologies to support testing objectives.
Conduct data analysis and present insights in a clear, user-friendly format.
Validate data ingestion processes and perform testing across systems.
Collaborate with SMEs, Business Analysts, and Data Analysts to analyze findings, and recommend improvements.
Review and validate test cases, defect logs, and test execution results.
Partner with engineering and product teams, define test strategies and build automation frameworks.
Design and implement robust test cases compatible with CI/CD pipelines.
Leverage Copilot skills to effectively prompt and generate accurate test cases.
Execute smoke and regression testing to ensure system stability.
Utilize API testing tools such as Swagger, Postman, and SoapUI.
Work with test management and bug tracking tools like Azure DevOps (ADO), TFS, JIRA, or similar platforms.

Good to have Skills:

Hands-on experience with relational databases.
Practical exposure or training in Python programming.
Familiarity with Unix shell scripting is a plus.
Working knowledge or experience with Databricks.
Proficient in Microsoft Azure cloud services.
Experience with cloud platforms and tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and data migration techniques.
Experience or understanding of API automation frameworks and tools.

What we're looking forBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).

Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and practices with solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC).
Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers, support teams, and management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Well-organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Capable of handling multiple assignments simultaneously and adapting quickly to changing priorities
