You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and be empowered to drive quality and innovation in every line of code.If you enjoy collaborating, leading, and solving deep technical problems, this role was made for you.Requirements5 to 7 years of professional experience in backend software developmentProven expertise with Node.js and experience leading engineering effortsLead and deliver multiple development projects, ensuring quality and timely deliveryGather technical requirements, translate them into clear specs, and work closely with customers and stakeholdersMentor junior developers and play an active role in team growth and onboardingGuide team members through architecture, design, and code reviewsCollaborate with developers, analysts, and architects to build, test, and maintain web applicationsDesign robust solutions, develop features, and write unit tests that uphold high-quality standardsParticipate in peer reviews and enforce coding best practicesDevelop and maintain integrations between services and optimize for performanceTroubleshoot complex issues and offer third-level support for business-critical systemsContribute to process and architecture improvements and advocate for modern engineering practicesStay current with industry trends and proactively introduce tools, practices, or products that could benefit the teamDeep hands-on experience with Node.js and frameworks like Express.jsFamiliarity with source control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelinesStrong grasp of agile development workflows (Scrum/Kanban)Experience with multi-threaded systems, concurrency, and backend performance tuningExcellent debugging and performance profiling skillsKnowledge of object-oriented and service-oriented architectureComfortable working both independently and collaboratively in high-performing teamsClear communicator who values clarity, documentation, and team alignmentBenefitsWe don’t just hire employees—we invest in people.
