ROLE SUMMARY The Sales Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and assisting clients in selecting modular furniture solutions provided by our company. This role involves understanding customer needs, guiding them through the showroom, and ensuring a seamless sales experience. KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Greet the customers entering the showroom in a friendly and professional manner. Understand their requirements and guide them through the selection process. Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of our modular kitchen solutions. Effectively communicate product specifications, pricing, and promotions to customers. Understand their needs and preferences and maintain their accurate records in CRM/database. Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling modular kitchen products. Upsell additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments Prepare accurate and timely quotations for customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty. Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with current clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Provide personalized consultation to understand and fulfill each client's unique needs. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales service with professionalism and efficiency. Stay at the forefront of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market trends. Guide customers through the showroom, showcasing various products and explaining features. Share deep insights and product information with customers to enhance their buying experience. Arrange furniture displays to maximize customer engagement and product visibility. Visit Sites as and when required for Architect Meetings and understanding client requirements. TEAM MANAGEMENT SKILLS Work closely with the operations manager for quotation purposes and to achieve sales targets Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall showroom objectives. Collaborate with the design team to assist customers in customization options. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar industry COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS Technology - Well versed with AutoCAD and other designing software tools Market Research & Industry Knowledge - Be aware of the industry norms, practices & regulations.Be informed about competition.
