Help to implement SRE Principles & Practices and Application Support with Engineering mindset in Application Production Support team
Going to work on breadth of technologies, should be ready to learn / exhibit breadth of technologies to understand the systems and implement SRE practices
Understand complete echo system andMandatory participation in Triages/Root cause analysis of issues and plan for fixing them
Work as per SLI, SLO and Error Budgets. Identification and reduction of TOIL,SRE Tools, Automation and AI/ML
Cover application stability, uptime and performance with Monitoring and Observability.Chaos Engineering
Participate in Technical discussions with Architects / Dev / DBA / SysAdmin etc teams to ensure adoption of SRE Principles in building Secure and Reliable systems

What you bring:

7+ years experience in devops,Docker,Kubernetes ,CI,CD ,Jenkins
Applications servers WebSphere (Added advantage - JBOSS, Tomcat and IIS).
Web servers (Apache, IBM HTTP Server, etc..)
Linux / Unix commands.
Experience in Monitoring Tools: Splunk, Dynatrace, Control-m.
Experience in SSL Certificates Management.
Knowledge of Oracle/MSSQL Database
Should be willing to work in 24/7 shift rotational shift as On-call for weekdays and weekends
Network applications and TCP/IP protocols.
Scripting – Shell, Python (Added Advantage – PowerShell).
Automation - CI/CD concepts – Jenkins
Windows Servers
CI/CD tools – OpenShift, Kubernetes.

Added bonus if you have:

Knowledge of FIS’ products and services
Knowledge of Risk & Compliance in Financial services
Knowledge of Cloud Systems (Azure / AWS)
