- Act as the primary liaison between Japanese-speaking Staff at HQ SOC and English-speaking delivery teams across MUFG, facilitating clarity on business requirements, expectations, and deliverables in both languages.
- Assistingwith Security Operations, Incident Management and maintaining effective stakeholder communications.
- Identifyingand resolving issues that may arise during the day-to-day operations.
- Analyzing data, handling/triaging incidents and interpreting/translating technical issues
- Generate reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on KPIs and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Utilized tools like SIEM, Proxies, EDR etc. to triage, track, and resolve IT or IT Security Incidents.
- Bachelor's degree with exposuretoexposure to technology operations
- Must have Native/Business-level Japanese (JLPT N1/N2/N3 required) and professional English fluency.
- Flexibility to learn and deliver Tier 1/ 2 Security Incident Support to MUFG Global Security Operations Center
- At least 1-2 years of experience in IT operations, Technology consulting, Business Analysis, or customer support within tech.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, both written and verbal (Japanese is mandatory).
- Strong, communication, troubleshooting, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently or in a hybrid, fast-paced.
