- Gather voice of Customer and translate the requirement into user requirements
- Prepare Functional Specification of the user requirements
- Write Unit Test Scripts, Integration Scripts, assist in UAT scripts, help write Test cases, perform Impact Assessment of Change
- Write new or Modify Workflows, Bill of process, Spec, Operation
- Write new or modify Business Rules
- Create or modify master data such as Product Master, Resource etc.
- Oversee other BUIT IT Site Modelers and provide training and Development Opportunities
- Direct assigned tasks and manage team workload balance; help as needed
- Provide technical assistance to Application Support team during Priority issues
- Assist in understanding the Model or rectify any issue with Mfg order processing
