Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends.- Understand the needs and preferences of clients through thorough consultations. Provide guidance on market conditions, pricing, and property options.- Work together with colleagues from other departments to improve efficiency and overall service delivery.- Assist clients in making offers and guide them through the negotiation process.- Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive offerings.
