- Create and execute targeted campaigns to reach potential clients
- Research and identify decision-makers in targeted organizations
- Track and optimize lead sources for performance
- Perform requirement analysis and engage in effective client communication
- Understand and explain technical concepts clearly to clients
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams for proposal creation
- Manage end-to-end sales conversion from lead to closure
- Negotiate terms and maintain strong post-sale relationships
- Support and train junior team members in lead generation strategies
- Share performance insights and help build a stronger pipeline
