- Identify and acquire new clients for staffing services
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Identify opportunities for vendor replacement / consolidation
- Engage with HR, Procurement, and Business stakeholders to pitch transfer solutions
- Lead bulk HC transfer deals from existing vendors
- Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams for transition & onboarding
- Develop relationships with decision-makers (HR Heads, TA Heads, Procurement)
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Position company as a strategic staffing partner
- Track competitor activity and identify client pain points
- Identify sectors / accounts with high transfer potential
- Build strategy for account penetration
- 2–10 years (Manager level) ,Background in: Staffing / Workforce Solutions
- Strong hunter mindset (new logo acquisition)
- Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and closures
- Understanding of staffing business model and compliance basics
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in HC transfer / vendor transition deals
- Exposure to multi-location / enterprise clients /Existing industry connects
