Role: Divisional Head HRLocation: TamilNaduRequirement:'- Post Graduate Degree in Management / MSW with Specialization in HR / Post Graduate Diploma in HR with over 20+ years in HR function from manufacturing sector.Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement the people strategy and HR budget for the division2. Ensure end to end management of HR activities right from hire to retire3. Looking after union management, will be handling settlements.4. Ensure adherence with all safety standards defined by SFL, oversee areas including facilities, utilities and others as applicable for the division5. Lead and manage the Divisional and plant HR function
