Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or PG in Construction Management Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in project planning and 10 years of experience in NH Road project planning, scheduling, monitoring, coordinating with the design team, vendor follow-up, etc. Software Knowledge: AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, MSP, Road Estimator, Primavera P6. BBS. Responsibility: Quantity Survey, Estimation & Project Management. Designing, Budget Preparation, Micro Program & Movement plan, Material Tracking Tender Quantity V/s Actual quantity & DPR Project, etc. Project Planning & monitoring, estimating quantity take-off, monitoring the project Cost, BBS rate analysis, civil, costing, bridges, analysis, railways, logistics, Coordinating with the design team, etc. Budgeting, Schedule preparation, MIS Reporting, Project Scheduling, Monthly reports, Coordination Cash Flow, Trial balance, and Internal and External Construction programs as per Agreements.
