Experience in functional, Sanity, Database, End-to-End integration and Regression testing independently adhering to SCRUM guidelines.

Job description:This person should work as “Sr QA / QA Test Engineer” contributing to testing of Eurofins products.

Perform manual testing of web-based applications, web services in a client-server environment and script .Net code to test services & UI as per project need.
Adhere to all process and complete assigned activities on time. Should come with different testing flows/methods for given scenario. Keep lead / manager informed on progress.
Perform Sanity, Functional, End-to-End integration and Regression testing independently adhering to SCRUM guidelines.
Adhere to the test strategies and test plans to ensure that product delivered is of high quality.
Work collaboratively with all stakeholders like Development, QA, Project Manager, BA and onsite teams for successful test coverage and quality.
Escalate and follow-up in a timely manner about all blocking issues and issue deviation from SOP's etc.
Very good knowledge in SDLC and STLC process. Prior Experience as developer is must.
Very good knowledge of .Net, SQL, Automation with C#/ .Net (any work experience would be desirable).

Technical Knowledge:

Developer with good knowledge in Test Management process.
Good knowledge of DB, SQL & understanding of UML.
Experience in functional / automation is must.
Should have clear understanding / experience in scrum methodologies.
Experience in API testing and SOAP/REST service automation.

BE/MCA or any other equivalent degree.

A key aspect is the Information Systems (EurIS) group of application suites where ComLIMS and ADMS are very important programs.The main objective is to support the DevOps activities within ComLIMS program, supporting the applications lifecycle, cloud migration and modernization etc.Position and objectives:The candidate will

Become part of the DevOPS team: 2 members located in India.
Be involved in application lifecycle management, configuration management, and build and release process management for ComLIMS applications.
Become a cloud DevOps practitioner:

Work together with Cloud Engineering team.
Work closely with program and application architects.
Develop and enhance Infrastructure as Code.
Aid in designing deployment plan for Azure.
Help bring Development and Operation teams together.

The candidate is expected to

Contribute to technical activities from the DevOps backlog.
Help team members adapt to new ways of working.
Support the application lifecycle and operational tasks.
Maintain and extend both the technical documentation and DevOps guidelines.
Act as part of the ComLIMS L3 Support Team.
Provide some periodical and/or emergency support.
Provide operational support to the various scrum team.
Acquire and keep expanding functional knowledge of the EurIS suite, starting with ComLIMS & ComLIMS.
Present and share knowledge within and outside the team.

Qualifications and experience:Educational background:

Bachelor / Master's degree in Computer Science, or strong Bachelor equivalent.
Fluent English is required.

Previous experience:

2 - 4 years of experience as either DevOps Engineer, Software Architect or Developer, or related.
Preferably in an Enterprise DevOps and/or cloud migration context.

Personal skills:

Technical skills:
