- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner
- Experience in requirements analysis & estimation.
- Maintain the front office and ensure the reception area is clean and presentable always
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, ensuring prompt and accurate communication
- Coordinate visitor check-ins and maintain visitor logs
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier packages
- Schedule and manage meeting rooms and appointments
- Support administrative activities such as filing, document organization, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors
- Bachelors degree or diploma in any discipline
- 0-3 years of experience in front office, reception, or administrative roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Well groomed, professional appearance
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to support teams
- Prior experience in corporate reception or facility administration
- Familiarity with office management systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
