Work Mode: On-site (Weekdays)About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about recruitment and can work independently with minimal guidance. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and screening skills, be comfortable making high volumes of calls, and have the ability to manage hiring end-to-end. A good understanding of the cybersecurity/observability domain will be a strong advantage.Key Responsibilities:Source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates across technical and non-technical roles.Handle end-to-end recruitment including stakeholder management, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.Make high volumes of daily outreach (calls/emails) and follow-ups with candidates.Ensure strong candidate experience throughout the process.Maintain structured tracking, planning, and reporting of the recruitment pipeline.Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and refine strategies accordingly.Use platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other ATS/CRM tools effectively.Drive creative sourcing strategies across job boards, networking, and referrals.Measure recruitment quality by evaluating metrics like source of hire, time to hire, offer-to-join ratio, etc.Contribute to employer branding and hiring process improvement.Requirements:4 to 6 years of proven experience in recruitment (preferably in a high-growth or tech-driven environment).Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Should be hard-working, driven, and a strong cultural fit.Passionate about recruitment, self-motivated, and open to working beyond regular hours when needed.Prior exposure to cybersecurity/observability hiring is a plus.Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.Should be comfortable with working from office 5 days a week.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in any field (HR or Psychology preferred).Prior experience working with fast-paced startups or IT companies.Data-oriented mindset and ability to generate meaningful hiring insights
