Find what drives you on a team with a more than 75-year history of discovery, determination, and innovation.This position reports to a Engineering Manager/Team Leader and is part of the Energy+ Global Process Engineering team located in Pune, India and will be an on-site role.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Produce engineering documentation (on time, to budget, and of suitable quality) to support requests for quotes, customer orders, manufacturing, suppliers, etc. such as drawings, calculations, data sheets, and procedures which meets customer specifications, current legislation, and the Pall Quality Management System.
Work as part of a cross functional team designing and detailing products ensuring safety, reliability, robustness, and functionality which is easy to manufacture, operate, and maintain.
Provide manufacturing support to ensure factories have consistent output, quality, and costs.
Participate in and lead technical clarification meetings with other groups at Pall as well as customers and suppliers.
Participate in and lead troubleshooting and problem-solving activities with customers, suppliers on product technical issues.
Through a process of continuous improvement and VAVE, develop the processes and products across all disciplines so that time and cost can be optimized whilst still ensuring a robust and effective process’ and products

The essential requirements of the job include:

B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical or Insdustrial).
Minimum years of work experience required is 4-6 years in the relevant areas, preferred design experience.
Good understanding of mechanical design principals relating to pressure vessels/housing, ASME codes and standard and other international standards
Hands-on experience on PV elite software and process systems, as per international standards.
Good knowledge of major manufacturing processes including welding, machining, forming, molding/ casting, and sealing mechanisms.
Ability to multi-task.
Very good communication (English).

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

Ability to travel – 20 % travel, overnight, within territory or locations
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Minimum 3-5 years' experience in design of filtration and pressure vessels/housings products or equivalent.
