Train the Dealers & DSE's - On the job training Train customers Co-ordinate for collection of statutory forms Maintain relations at all levels at customer's place Market Intelligence Gather information from market on: o Competition activity o Market Mapping o Gather Competition price information & reporting Management of Receivables Ensure Collections as per the credit policy Maintain the quality of receivables Reporting - Monthly, Visit Manage various sales reports through Customer Interface Management (CIM) Compliance Comply with competition laws Comply with SG India Code of conduct Implement Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines Comply with Statutory regulations Qualifications B.Tech/ Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering 2 to 4 years of experience in Front Line Sales of Industrial Consumables like cutting tools, cutting fluids and welding electrodes. Strong convincing skills and have experience in industrial sales. Experience in Dealer/Customer/Channel Management Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills
