Reportees: NoneJob Summary:Seeking a creative and detail-oriented Jewellery Designer to develop innovative, high-quality designs that are both aesthetically appealing and commercially viable. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current market trends and technical knowledge of jewelry design and production. You will collaborate with CAD designers, casting units, and quality control teams to turn design concepts into finished products.Key Responsibilities:Develop original jewelry designs aligned with client requirements and market trends.Prepare technical specifications and coordinate with sourcing and production teams.Research international and domestic trends to create market-relevant collections.Conduct competitive analysis and share periodic reports.Maintain a repository of new materials, design techniques, and inspirations.Ensure timely production through close coordination with supply and manufacturing partners.Work with CAD designers to translate sketches into 3D models.Collaborate with casting and quality teams to maintain production quality.Participate in weekly internal meetings to review design progress and project status.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):[KPI 1] Timely delivery of 100% accurate, production-ready designs.[KPI 2] Maintain a design approval rate of at least 90% with minimal revisions.[KPI 3] Contribute to sales growth by consistently delivering commercially successful designs.Experience Requirements:Qualifications & Experience:Diploma or Degree in Jewellery Design or related field.Freshers from NIFT or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in jewelry designing.Skills & Competencies:Strong creative aptitude and a passion for jewelry design.Proficiency in manual sketching and CAD software.Solid understanding of gemstones, metals, and jewelry-making processes.Insight into fashion and jewelry trends, with the ability to apply them commercially.Team collaboration skills and experience with cross-functional production processes.
