- Communicating the daily work plan, Quality plan & production, quality loss to workmen.
- Organizing the work force & deployment on stages based on skill and competency level of workman.
- Evaluate each workstation of machining process to ensure maximum efficiency, to improve process, to improve tool life, to reduce work content.
- Handling & resoling live issues related to Process, Quality & safety.
- Enforce safety policies and procedures to decrease the potential for employee injuries on the job.
- Latest technology changes, cutting tool materials and geometries.
- Defect identification and root cause analysis & action planning.
- New model Machining set up, line setup, and ramp up.
- Revenue cost reduction initiatives for implementation and practice Improvement idea generation and implementation.
- Interaction with all support functions and concern resolution with the help of CFT.
- Benchmark best practices across other plants and industry for manufacturing excellence.
