- Strategic Planning & Management: Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies that align with the client's overall marketing goals and business objectives. This includes defining campaign goals, target audiences, content pillars, and success metrics.
- Campaign Development & Execution: Oversee all aspects of email marketing campaign creation, including segmentation, copywriting, design, A/B testing, automation workflows, and deployment using Klaviyo.
- Advanced Segmentation & Targeting: Leverage your deep understanding of customer data and purchase behavior to create highly targeted and dynamic email segments for maximum campaign relevance and engagement.
- Content Marketing Expertise: Craft compelling and persuasive email copy that resonates with the target audience and drives desired actions. This includes subject lines, pre-header text, email body content, CTAs, and landing page copywriting.
- Design & Optimization: Collaborate with designers to ensure emails are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for various devices and email clients. Lead A/B testing initiatives to continuously improve subject lines, content, design elements, and overall campaign performance.
- Klaviyo Mastery: Possess in-depth knowledge of the Klaviyo platform and its advanced features. Train and mentor junior team members on Klaviyo functionalities.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and implement a robust reporting framework to track key email marketing metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, ROI). Analyze results, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Delivering Results: Demonstrate a proven track record of consistently exceeding email marketing performance goals and driving measurable results for clients. Translate data insights into strategic recommendations for campaign improvement.
- Staying Ahead of the Curve: Continuously research and stay updated on the latest email marketing trends, technologies, and best practices within the E-commerce and Hardware space. Participate in industry events and conferences.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing with a demonstrably successful track record.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing comprehensive email marketing strategies that align with overall marketing objectives.
- Deep understanding of email marketing automation platforms, preferably with Klaviyo mastery.
- Excellent copywriting and content marketing skills with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive email copy across various campaign types.
- Expertise in data analysis and reporting. Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights for campaign optimization.
- Strong understanding of E-commerce marketing strategies and best practices within the Hardware industry.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
