- Work with leading customers to identify opportunities to enhance value from UST
- Identify and articulate technology solutions that will fit the customer in the most cost effective and optimized manner
- Conduct QE maturity assessments and propose QE transformation roadmaps including technology, people, and process refinements
- Work with alliance partners to proactively identify potential joint opportunities and take them to fruition
- Define GTM opportunities in the QE specialized services space
- Enhance the RFP and proposal response process to improve win rates.
- Consult with the sales team on opportunities & disseminate content to SME for completion.
- Comply with department, team and project proceses and identify innovative ways of improving efficiency of the proposal process.
- Review quotation orders and resolve order acceptance issues.
- Gather information on selling strategy, pricing, engineering.
- Work with Proposals Lead and be responsible for updating RFP response software services.
- Collect customer documentation and evaluate bid requests and specifications. Skills
- 15+ years of industry experience in Quality Engineering
- Strong techno functional expertise in quality engineering and testing.
- Good knowledge of various industry/market-leading tools used for manual & automation testing requirements including functional, performance, security, etc.
- Good knowledge of standard testing processes and methodologies
- Excellent presentation and communications skills
- Experience in conducting market & competitor research
