Job Description - Sales Executive (Only Male Candidateminimum 2 years of experience in bearing Industry)Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Acquisition & Sales Development Conduct regular customer visits to identify business opportunities and close deals.
  • Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
  • Promote and sell bearings and industrial products to relevant businesses.
  • Maintain strong business relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Sales & Order Management Work closely with the Senior Sales Executive to implement sales strategies.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and order confirmations.
  • Assist in negotiating pricing and payment terms with customers.
  • Ensure timely order processing and delivery coordination with internal teams.
  • Customer Relationship Management Address customer queries and concerns efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide product recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Follow up on orders, payments, and post-sales services.
  • Market Research & Reporting Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide regular sales updates and reports to the Senior Sales Executive.
  • Suggest improvements in sales strategies based on customer feedback.
Key Requirements
  • Experience: 2-4 years in B2B sales, preferably in industrial products or bearings.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
