- Customer Acquisition & Sales Development Conduct regular customer visits to identify business opportunities and close deals.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
- Promote and sell bearings and industrial products to relevant businesses.
- Maintain strong business relationships with existing and new clients.
- Sales & Order Management Work closely with the Senior Sales Executive to implement sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and order confirmations.
- Assist in negotiating pricing and payment terms with customers.
- Ensure timely order processing and delivery coordination with internal teams.
- Customer Relationship Management Address customer queries and concerns efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Follow up on orders, payments, and post-sales services.
- Market Research & Reporting Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide regular sales updates and reports to the Senior Sales Executive.
- Suggest improvements in sales strategies based on customer feedback.
- Experience: 2-4 years in B2B sales, preferably in industrial products or bearings.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
