Job Description:We are looking for a Workday Studio Integrations Lead/Manager to support Workday implementation, augmentation, and AMS (Application Management Services) engagements across regions. This is a key leadership and hands-on technical role, contributing to the success of UST's growing Workday practice.Key Responsibilities:Support and expand UST’s Workday integrations practice across deployment and AMS engagementsLead requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment for Workday integrationsProvide guidance and technical oversight to junior consultantsManage integration-related escalations and production supportSupport pre-sales, solutioning, and training initiativesWork closely with global customers and internal product teamsMust Have Skills:Workday Studio – hands-on development experienceWorkday Integrations – design and implementation using EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, and Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll (CCTPP)Experience working with Workday HCM and/or Workday FinancialsProficiency in integration technologies like SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, Java, .NetStrong communication and client-facing skillsMinimum 4+ years of experience in Workday or related HRMS/ERP integrationsExperience managing and mentoring offshore teamsGood to Have Skills:Workday certification (Integration Studio or other technical modules)Workday Reporting and BIRT Development experienceExposure to deployment across global clients (US/EMEA/APAC)Experience with AMS support and post-production client engagementPre-sales or solution architect exposure in Workday consultingKnowledge of Workday Financials functional modulesWork Location:PAN IndiaSkills:Workday Integration,Workday Studio,Workday HcmAbout Company:UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
