Minimum 2 years experience driving Automation Projects/Programs. Exposure to Terraform, Azure Native, Azure DevOps tools & purpose Experience in handling complex Application migration projects to Public Cloud across CSP s like AWS, AZURE, GCP, OCP, Alibaba etc. such as packaged applications, COTS, custom apps, enterprise infrastructure applications through applications development lifecycle and maintenance. Exposure and hands-on working experience on Agile frameworks (Scrum), project management.Roles and responsibilities: End to end execution of Cloud transformation projects and programs. Build and maintain strong Client/Partner/Vendor relationships at tactical and operational levels with the objective of being a trusted business partner Responsible for cost, schedule, and quality of the delivery (including P&L targets) Responsible for coordination of delivery between different cross-functional/practice teams and vendor involved in the program Drive teams to execute the project, enabling cross practice, neutral thinking, conflict resolution, and effective communication and managing any cultural differences Responsible for understanding problem situations, evaluating risks, and ensuring a development of mitigation plan for the same. Creates, Contributes, and Implements best practices by working closely with customer and senior delivery leaders Develops and lays down Agile Project management processes and procedure for the organization through feedbacks, taking initiatives and contributing as member of the larger team.
