The role of Real Estate Legal involves providing expert legal advice and support for real estate matters within the transport and distribution industry. Based in Mumbai, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance and managing legal aspects related to third-party logistics operations.

Incumbent will manage due diligence processes for property acquisitions and disposals, including title verification, encumbrance checks, and risk assessments.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate contracts, agreements, leases, licenses, and other related documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and central laws and regulations related to land, property, and construction.
Coordinate with external legal counsel and government authorities for approvals, litigations, and dispute resolution.
Advise on land acquisition processes, zoning laws, environmental regulations, and development permissions.
Handle disputes and litigation involving real estate matters in coordination with internal and external legal teams.
Resolve long pending land issues with Government, farmers etc.
Monitor changes in real estate laws and regulations and proactively advise the business on potential impacts.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Understanding of the Land Laws pan India
· Proven work experience as a Real Estate Inhouse Lawyer, Legal Advisor or a similar position in the Legal industry
· Complete knowledge of the laws and regulations governing the real estate industry
· Familiarity with real estate concepts such as litigation, property management.

Candidates with experience in Real Estate to applyCandidates in Mumbai having 8 - 13 years experience to apply.

To handle a wide range of property related matters, land litigations, real estate transactions, including land acquisitions for new sites, Leasing of properties, resolving land issues etc.
LLB Graduate having 8 - 13 years of experience
