4. Follow processes, standards, guidelines and meet quality
5. Ensure daily delivery targets for the given tasks.
6. Basic knowledge in Sheetmetal forming, Assy sequence & Tolernacing (GD&T)
7. Benchmarking study for BIW
8. Working with CFT like VI, TrimsExperienceB.E. = 4-5 YEARS
