This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. As a Civil Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating construction projects on-site. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience to gain valuable hands-on experience in the construction industry.Qualifications and Skills

Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in the construction industry
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Valid Bike license and willingness to travel to different project sites
Understanding of civil construction norms and regulations
Passion for the construction industry and willingness to learn

Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee and manage construction projects on-site
Monitor and ensure adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
Manage and supervise construction workers and laborers
Track and report project progress to the project manager
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
Ensure the safety of all personnel on-site
Maintain accurate records of all site activities and documentation
