With a minimum of 2+ years of professional experience, the candidate should be adept in handling imaging technology and ensuring high-quality diagnostic outcomes.Key Responsibilities
- Radiology & Imaging Services
- Conduct and interpret diagnostic imaging procedures including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, and mammography.
- Specialize in sonology and perform high-quality ultrasound examinations for diagnostic purposes.
- Ensure accurate reporting of findings and communicate results clearly to the referring physicians.
- Patient Care & Diagnosis
- Evaluate patient medical histories and recommend appropriate imaging studies.
- Collaborate with treating physicians to provide detailed diagnostic input.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
- Quality & Compliance
- Maintain adherence to medical ethics, safety standards, and quality protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in radiology and imaging technology.
- Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with other healthcare providers to integrate imaging findings into treatment plans.
- Provide guidance to junior radiology staff and technicians when necessary.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss complex cases and contribute to treatment planning.
- Continuous Learning & Development
- Keep abreast of technological advances in Radiology and Sonology.
- Attend conferences, workshops, and training sessions for professional growth.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in radiology practices within the organization.
- MBBS degree with MD/DNB/DMRD in Radiology from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a practicing Radiologist.
- Proficiency in Radiology and Sonology techniques and reporting.
- Strong diagnostic and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with colleagues and patients.
