As a Manager - Digital Marketing, the key role is to partner with brands, internal & external stakeholders on digital initiatives to enable brand growth. The role holder takes care of planning, executing, and controlling digital activities across all digital channels for Specialized nutrition business, ensuring that the company's reputation is never compromised but built further.
  • Plan and execute digital plans (across channels as per the consumer journey) for brands
  • Lead, plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across digital and ecommerce
  • Manage all e-commerce content and activations
  • Manging brand websites, Tools, Mobile apps as per business needs
  • Work closely with Brand team and agency for all digital activations
  • Media management and optimization across channels
  • Manage effective and proactive digital outreach programs to drive qualified traffic and greater conversion online, and analyse performance
  • Evaluate performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Evaluate and optimise media plan as per business objectives & scope
  • Planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing activities
  • Maintain a digital dashboard/reporting to tracks digital campaigns/activations, progress, and impact on brand performance
  • Actively monitor competitive digital campaigns and their effectiveness
  • Evaluate new digital platforms, innovations, and strategic partnerships
  • Manage day to day Digital Marketing partner relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Global teams on digital activations and tools
  • Provide insights to brand teams and senior teams on performance and impact of activations
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing

  • Search, GA, GSC & Social Analytics
  • Martech, website, apps, APIs, integration of tools, tech support on backend architecture
