DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. To develop product specifications targeting Consultants/ Architects/ Govt department/PMC & any other specifying authorities.2. Identify projects in advance stage & work towards securing specifications.3. Identifying & achieving 80% of specs target from Top A class Architects/Acoustic consultants /PMC etc ensuring continuous specs inflow of product basket mentioning brand name in BOQ/Tender4. Closely work with Sales team for closure ensuring business inflow by converting specification to sales & helping them in breaking competitor specs5. Increase market awareness of company & brand in the region.6. Site visit, Inspections, Product positioning, project budgeting & quotation generation.7. Market research & analysis to estimate demand for new products/ revised specification for existing products8. Prepare and submit applications, documents and reports required for approvals.9. Recommend/ Implement actions required to improve system performance.
