- Good communication in Local/Hindi/English languages.Delivery1. Unloading the bags from vehicle2. Scan the shipments3. Primary Sorting and Secondary sorting4. Outscan the shipments as per delivery route5. Delivering the shipment as per package address only6 Take an acknowledge form customers through device (BYOD)7. Update correct status code for undelivered shipments at customer address8. Delivery process will be briefed through a training9. Handing over of cod amount on the same day to the supervisor10. Undelivered shipments needs to be handed over to the supervisor11. Proper dress code and carry field bags all the delivery pointsPickup1. Pickup as per SOP2. Timely pickup at customer place as per cut off timing3.Check if serviceable location4. Count number of shipments at the customer and take acknowledgement on the pickup sheet5. Inscan the shipment at the office and handle Rapid entry6. Primary and secondary sorting of the shipments7. Bagging process8. Canvas bags to be Loaded in to the vehicle9. Reaching location for timely connection
