Job Overview Full-time position based in Gurgaon, responsible for leading the global regulatory activities of our agrochemical products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in regulatory affairs and a strong understanding of global regulatory requirements in the agrochemical industry. Roles And Responsibilities Lead and manage the global regulatory affairs team Develop and implement regulatory strategies and policies to ensure compliance with global regulations Monitor and analyze changes in regulatory requirements and communicate impact to relevant stakeholders Ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory documents, including dossiers, registrations, and notifications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and launch activities Interact with regulatory authorities and industry associations to stay updated on regulatory trends and advocate for company interests Provide guidance and support to internal teams on regulatory matters, including labeling, claims, and product safety Manage regulatory inspections and audits, and implement corrective actions as necessary Stay abreast of emerging regulatory issues and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements Ensure compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements and maintain appropriate documentation Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, advanced degree preferred Minimum 10-15 years of experience in global regulatory affairs for agrochemical products In-depth knowledge of global regulatory requirements for agrochemicals especially for Latam America, European Market, APAC, MENA etc. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness Experience in managing regulatory inspections and audits Familiarity with regulatory software and tools Ability to adapt to changing regulatory landscapes and prioritize workload accordingly
