Based on a meticulous attitude, technical expertise & rich experience, we can supply a series of top quality fire, smoke & acoustic containment systems/solutions to meet global demands.Job Title: Lead Generation SpecialistHeadquarter : KandivaliFocus: Digital Hunting, Appointment Setting, and Pipeline Fueling.Job OverviewWe are looking for a tech-savvy, persistent, and articulate Lead Generation Specialist to act as the "engine" of our sales funnel. Your primary goal is to identify high-value prospects in the Data Center, Real Estate, and Infrastructure segments and convert them into qualified appointments for our senior sales team.Key Responsibilities
  • Multi-Platform Sourcing: Master and utilize Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Real Estate databases.
  • Outreach Execution: Conduct high-volume cold calling and personalized email sequencing.
  • Lead Qualification: Filter leads based on project scale and technical requirements (UL/ASTM compliance).
  • Traceability Management: Maintain the Lead Generation Tracker using Unique Lead IDs
Required Skills & Experience
  • min 1-3 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation/Marketing/Inside Sales.Has exp in handling builders, MEP,EPC projects, contractors, architects.
  • Proficiency in Apollo.io or similar CRM/Database tools.
