Please visit our website:Job DescriptionMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Contract & Procurement SupportAssist in contract interpretation, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions. * Support the client in vendor procurement, including pre-qualification, tender evaluation, and negotiations.
- Handle procurement-related documentation in alignment with organisational and client requirements.
- Perform quantification of works, including measurement and validation of quantities.
- Verify contractor interim bills and final bills, ensuring accuracy and contractual compliance.
- Manage and track project billing, including bill status, cashflow, cost tracking, and related compliance activities.
- Assist the lead in preparing and monitoring commitments and project financial activities.
- Prepare and present project cost-related information as per client requirements.
- Support project teams in front-end coordination and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders.
- Prepare cost reports, variation summaries, and support change management processes.
- Assist or lead project teams in value engineering exercises, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Provide support to team members across all commercial and contractual functions.
- Strong understanding of contract terms & conditions, particularly FIDIC and related contractual frameworks.
- Good knowledge of procurement and tendering processes.
- Hands-on experience with CostX, MS Excel, and other relevant quantity surveying and cost management tools.
- Ability to prepare and interpret cost reports, BOQs, and change management documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within project teams.
- Good communication and presentation skills for interfacing with clients and stakeholders.
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Must have relevant experience working with a construction consultancy in India or abroad.
- Preferably holds a diploma or graduate qualification in Cost Management with strong technical capabilities.
- Should have a thorough understanding of the full project life cycle - from conception and design through execution, completion, and post-project review.
- 10-15 years of experience with a proven record of professional growth and increasing responsibility.
