Job descriptionA Sales Executive drives dealership revenue by engaging customers, demonstrating vehicle features, conducting test drives, and negotiating sales to meet targets. They manage the entire sales process-from lead follow-up to vehicle delivery and financing-while building lasting customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction.Key Responsibilities * Customer Engagement: Greeting showroom visitors, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable new or used vehicles.
Demonstration: Explaining vehicle features, technology, and benefits, as well as conducting test drives.
Sales & Negotiation:
Negotiating prices, trade-in values, and financing options to close deals.
Follow-Up: Maintaining a customer database and following up with potential buyers to build rapport and secure future business.
Vehicle Delivery: Preparing vehicles for delivery and explaining warranties, service schedules, and required paperwork.
Product Knowledge: Staying updated on inventory, features, and competitor models.
Collaboration: Working with the finance and service departments to facilitate smooth transactions.
Qualifications and Skills * Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Driving License: A valid driver's license is required.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is sometimes preferred.
