2.Prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees & AGM's.
3.Skillful in filing & maintaining all documents as per the company's act (Statutory books, Registers of Members, Directors, Secretaries, etc.
4.To Draft / Vet and issue various legal agreements/opinions letters etc. and maintain a record of them.
5.Prompt and diligent reply to various legal notices and appear in front of the departments when required.
6.Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors.
7.Risk Mitigation and suggesting the management to deal with the same.
8. Monitor and report on deviations from SOP standards to manager finance and HOD.
9. To participate in and conduct various audits (internal /external audits).
10.Maintaining all reports as per the Statutory Requirement and Management Requirement.
11.Presentation skills in Management Reporting.
12.Storing and upkeep of documents (online & offline).
