- Create GST invoices, quotations, proforma invoices, and payment receipts.
- Maintain daily sales entries, expense records, and purchase entries in Zoho Books / Excel.
- Track client payments, outstanding dues, and vendor payment schedules.
- Maintain proper documentation of bills, vouchers, and accounting files.
- Coordinate with CA for GST data, returns support, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain cash book and bank reconciliation support.
- Prepare daily / weekly revenue and expense reports for management review.
- Maintain stock records of robotics kits, RC cars, spare parts, batteries, and event materials.
- Coordinate with warehouse / operations team for inward & outward stock updates.
- Support periodic physical stock verification.
- Maintain asset register of robots, tools, branding materials, and arenas.
- Handle office documentation, courier, filing, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain staff attendance and basic HR coordination.
- Support in event billing, travel bookings, and operational documentation.
- Ensure office coordination with housekeeping and basic facility management.
- Assist management in purchase follow-ups and office requirements planning
- Good knowledge of Accounting basics, GST billing, and Excel.
- Experience in Zoho Books / Tally preferred.
- Strong organization, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a startup environment.
- Basic communication skills in English, Hindi (Marathi preferred)
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or similar commerce background
- Accounting software knowledge will be an advantage
- Hands-on exposure to real-time accounting, operations, and startup business management
