We welcome dedicated, independent thinkers with multilingual capabilities and excellent problem-solving skills.POSITION AVAILABLE: Senior Finance Executive - MumbaiKey RoleTo provide comprehensive support to the organization by managing independently the complete finance operations process, including invoicing, receivables, payables, GST, TDS, daily transactions, and month-end activities.Key Responsibilities
  • Update financial records in Tally Prime.
  • Prepare client invoices (IRN-generated) based on internal software and related sources.
  • Verify client agreements and purchase orders (POs).
  • Manage daily communication with clients, freelancers, and vendors.
  • Prepare Accounts Receivable ageing reports, collection reports, and reconcile client payments.
  • Compile monthly data for TDS and GST payments.
  • File monthly/quarterly TDS and GST returns.
  • Reconcile ECL and Cash Ledgers from the GST portal.
  • Operate within internal Global Operating Systems.
  • Handle international payments.
  • Manage petty cash and accounts payable.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
  • Prepare and maintain cash flow reports.
  • Generate various internal reports for management review.
  • Bookkeep and manage inter-office transactions.
  • Oversee evaluator payment processes, including coordination with evaluators and global offices.
  • Prepare audit-related data and coordinate with Chartered Accountants as per audit procedures.
  • Maintain organized and secure financial records.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and submission of data within agreed deadlines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, especially those related to ISO 27001 Information Security Management System.
Associated Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Tally.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and ability to create PowerPoint presentations.
Competency Skills
  • Ability to work independently with 100% accuracy and manage time/resources effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Tally ERP.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
