- Conceptualization & execution of marketing campaigns including ATL and BTL including marketing strategy formulation, marketing mix, communication development, media planning, marketing activation, on ground activities, and other marketing innovations.
- Monitor and plan SEM and performance based campaigns.
- Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful campaigns in collaboration with sales team.
- Managing and planning events with managing the budget for advertising and promotional items and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.
- Prepare annual marketing plan and ensure timely on ground execution as per the plan

- Manage marketing spends as per the expense budget and measure and deliver ROI on activations done
- Analyze data & conduct regular consumer insight & research to understand market trends.
- Overseeing all branding material are displayed appropriately and availability of collaterals as per brand guidelines.
- Supporting Sales team for creatives and other branding requirements.
- Managing PR for local and upcountry Coverage.
- Managing video shoots and campaigns.
- Managing social media and digital marketing of the business to build customer preference
- Develop and implement programs to enhance engagement with local communities.
- Work with digital team for promotion of services on digital media. Ensure leads are closed and assist revenue conversion.
