You'll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and forward-thinking teammates.You'll play a critical role in protecting Alstom's digital assets and ensuring the organization's security posture remains robust. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Design Authority, Solution Architects, IS Design, IS&T Operations, and more), support cross-functional service owners, and engage with internal and external stakeholders to manage risks effectively and drive operational excellence.You'll specifically take care of developing and maintaining security metrics programs, leading cyber crisis management processes, and transforming traditional tools into AI- and ML-capable technologies, but also foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in cybersecurity practices.We'll look to you for:Providing a comprehensive security posture of Alstom to senior management and leadership teamsCollaborating with business groups, architects, and project teams to ensure security requirements are integrated early in processesTranslating technical security concepts into actionable insights for leadershipAnalyzing vulnerabilities and recommending remediation actionsManaging global cyber crisis processes and business continuity plansDriving modernization of cybersecurity capabilities through AI and MLLeading and mentoring cybersecurity operations teamsEnsuring compliance with security standards and fostering a culture of resilienceAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience. Instead, we've listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering/Technology or a related field12-16 years of relevant IT experienceProfessional certifications like CISSP, CEH, GIAC, CISM, or ISO 27001 (preferred)Experience with IT/Security technologies such as Active Directory, DNS, Firewalls, VPN Gateways, WAF, IAM, etc.Proficiency with tools like SIEM, CASB, CyberArk, Ping Identity, and VeracodeStrong understanding of operational environments like NOC or SOCProven leadership experience in Security OperationsKnowledge of ITIL process frameworks and ISO 27001 standardsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and crisis management skillsAbility to adapt to change, manage competing priorities, and drive innovationThings you'll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey - the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career.
