- Sales & Business Development
- Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across assigned territories and markets.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow existing accounts and acquire new clients.
- Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Understand clients' business needs and align solutions to help them achieve their goals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
- Client Engagement & Retention
- Build long-term partnerships with clients by providing outstanding service and support.
- Anticipate client needs, resolve issues proactively, and ensure high levels of client retention.
- Conduct regular account reviews, presentations, and business updates.
- Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Provide feedback from the market and customers to influence product development and service enhancements.
- Contribute to sales planning, forecasting, and reporting to support organizational goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 3+ years of proven experience in sales, account executive roles, or business development.
- Strong ability to drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize effectively, and deliver results under pressure.
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and resolve client challenges.
