- Oversee daily operations of all departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage the hotel's financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to develop and execute effective promotional strategies
- Implement and maintain high standards of service quality and cleanliness throughout the property
- Analyze performance metrics and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, corporate clients, and local businesses
- Stay abreast of industry trends and implement innovative practices to maintain a competitive edge
- Manage crisis situations and resolve complex guest issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in hotel management or related roles, with a proven track record of success
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing large-scale hospitality operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests, team members, and stakeholders
- Strong financial acumen, including experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management
- Luxury and Lifestyle backgound
- In-depth knowledge of all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and general management practices
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of revenue management principles and pricing strategies
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the hospitality industry
- Familiarity with local hospitality regulations and cultural norms in Mumbai and India
- Multilingual skills, with fluency in English and Hindi; additional Indian languages are a plus
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
