Your experience leading testing of front-end web applications, and your collaborative yet firm approach to getting things done will be critical to your success in this role. Read on…What you’ll do in the role:Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web, GenAI and API applicationsEnsure end-to-end quality by implementing testing strategies, automation frameworks, and best practicesWork closely with developers, product and business stakeholders to align testing efforts with project requirementsAct as a bridge between onshore and offshore QA teams, ensuring smooth coordination, knowledge sharing and timely issue resolutionDrive and mentor QA team providing technical guidance and ensuring best QA practices are followedCollaborate in Agile environments, actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectivesContinuously improve testing processes, identify gaps and implement automation where feasible.Ensure production roll testing staffing and attend production rolls as neededCoordinate tool enhancement needs with infra/tools teamCommunicate on team's behalf to both technical and non-technical audiencesWork in an agile environment with various scrum teams, using test management tools such as JIRA / XRAYWhat you’ll bring to the role:At least 4 years’ relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this roleBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of technical education and work experienceExperience in information technology/software development with a proven ability to ensure high quality results and with expertise in test automation, agile methodologies and QA best practices.Strong hands-on experience in Java Selenium, Playwright, Test Complete for UI automationSolid knowledge of QA methodologies, test planning, system dependencies, and product integration phasesAbility to lead teams in a fast-paced environment with short sprint cyclesExposure to the Atlassian tool sets, Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence, etc.Experience in GenAI testing and API testing using tools like postman, Rest AssuredExcellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore teamsPreferred Qualifications:BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or EngineeringExperience with Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Test Complete, Cloud, Java, SeleniumWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY:We are committed to maintaining the first-class service and high standard of excellence that have defined Morgan Stanley for over 89 years.
