The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in recruitment or possess end-to-end recruitment experience within the BFSI sector.Additionally, the candidate should be capable of managing teams, building client relationships, and actively contributing to the growth of the organization.Job Title: Recruitment Executive / Senior ExecutiveLocation: BangaloreWork pattern: Work From HomeWorking Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday half day)Required Knowledge and Skills:Candidate with 1 to 5 years of end-to-end experience in recruitment or a genuine passion for recruitment is preferredHands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and job boardsProficiency in conducting (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening, and evaluationsKnowledge of MS Office toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsRoles and Responsibilities:Take ownership of talent acquisition by managing and closing positions, ensuring delivery and meeting revenue targetsPrepare job postings for various job portals and social media platformsPost vacancies on platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, Monster, and LinkedInGenerate leads through job portals and other channelsTrack candidate sourcing through various channels (Job Portals, social media, employee referrals)Screen and identify candidates according to job requirementsFollow up with candidates and HR teams regarding interview roundsServe as the main point of contact and build strong, influential relationships with clients and candidates during the selection processExplore innovative sourcing methods, such as social recruiting and Boolean searchesTraits we look for:
